Resource(s) from Open2Insight provided program management leadership services to manage the transition to AWS and Azure cloud managing a multi-year transformation program for over 1,000 schools. The program was delivered by adopting a benefits driven framework. This resulted in the program being delivered 20% under budget and costing only 25% of the original operational budget.
EDUCATION SERVICES AUSTRALIA
O2I worked with Ping Identify to deliver a pilot identity management program to connect multiple applications to provide single sign-on capability using Ping Identity.
TOSHIBA
Developed the IRAP certification roadmap plan for Toshiba’s client Sarina Russo. Open2Insight conducted workshops to understand the current state, performed gap analysis towards future state and developed the business case supported by project plans, resource estimates and delivery milestone plans.
DXC TECHNOLOGY
DXC and Open2Insight have partnered to provide information security services for Public Sector clients in Australia. Open2Insight resources have assisted DXC to engage in large transformation programs.
