Open2Insight was formed in 2011. Our vision is to provide services in the IT industry by borrowing learnings from the manufacturing sector and civil engineering to develop, design and deliver software projects. We believe the IT sector lacks poor engineering disciplines and could learn from other sectors to better manage projects and programs. Our differentiation is the methodology we adopt to provide our capabilities and services.
We provide mentoring & advisory, consulting and recruitment services to our clients. While Open2Insight is passionate about providing mentoring and advisory to customers using our mentors that mentor our own staff.


OUR VISION
To enable organisations to realise people cannot be divided into operational expenses and fixed expenses but long-term assets. We use change programs to mentor and advice our customer staff to improve their skills, redefine their roles and responsibilities enabling them to grow on their jobs.
OUR MISSION
We believe Youth Unemployment must be decreased to create a more equitable and fair society. As a result, we use our experienced resources with fresh graduates to provide an opportunity for youth to learn on the job. Our delivery teams are structured to Mentor and Advice our staff and client staff to build better collaboration.
We strongly believe change programs can only succeed if consulting and contracting is reduced while mentoring & advisory services increase to support the success of staff in organisations. You cannot outsource change to consultants and contractors.
